Fundamentals Group Class
A supportive and informative introduction to Pilates designed to teach you fundamental skills and principles — with emphasis on familiarizing yourself with the Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Wunda Chair.
You'll learn essential foundational movements, develop body awareness, understand proper alignment, and learn how to safely set up each piece of equipment. No prior experience required — just a willingness to learn!

Mixed Level Group Class
Ready to build on your Pilates foundation? This class is open to anyone with some equipment experience and a working understanding of the basic principles.
We teach at a spirited intermediate level with modifications for accessibility and challenges when you're ready. Quick transitions, less breaks — you'll definitely keep moving!
